I’ve had the awesome opportunity to serve in a range of professional kitchens and learn how to create a successful service and dining experience. I’ve been an Executive Chef and now a Director of Food Service.
Whether a caterer, manager or private chef, I have applied my leadership and mentoring skills to elevate the establishment and its staff. And many who’ve worked under my leadership have gone on to successful food service careers.
The early years of my education were spent in a British oriented Nigerian boarding school. It was there my love of public speaking and performance was born. My talent for imitating the accents of the various nationalities represented in the school made me a favorite in the annual school pageant.
As a communications major, I interned at 𝐕𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚, which was a very intense and fast-paced experience; however, it fueled my ambition for voiceover work.
An old Apple computer that my father bought me when I was in the third grade opened the doorway to my future. Back then, I taught myself how to program; I soon went on doing small software-related jobs for local charities.
I want to be part of a company that recognizes my technical skill, my high level of management, yet appreciates the aspects of a person that cannot be measured by a metric. I want to work on challenging projects and feel the accomplishment of work well done.
